Appointment cancellation
We require at least 24 hour notice on all weekday cancellation.
Any
cancellation made less than 24 hours will be charge the full amount
of the service. We will require 3 days notice for weekend appointment
cancellation. Please give ample time for any rescheduling of appointments
otherwise we will consider it to be a cancellation.
Weekend appointments
We have to book our therapists in advance on weekends which necessitates
us to require a non-refundable payment. All weekend appointments must be paid in full prior to the day of the treatment.
Substitutions
One service can be substituted for another only if we have a qualified therapist
available at the appointed time. Please give us plenty of notice if you are
substituting one service for another. Gift vouchers can be transferred between
clients as long as we are notified of the changes.
Gift Voucher purchase
Please choose wisely. Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash or cash
equivalent. You have 24 hours to change your mind after which it becomes non-refundable.
Gift vouchers are valid for 4 months from date of purchase.
All the
above rules apply to gift voucher redemption.

Post
We will post all vouchers within 48 hours of receiving payment via Australia post.
Please allow 2 working days for delivery within Australia and up to 7 days for international deliveries.
Email
We will e-mail all vouchers within 48 hours of receiving payment.
Please ensure your e-mail address is given to us in full and your server and firewall will allow word attachments through.
Collection
We will process all vouchers for collection within 48 hours of receiving payment.
If the gift is urgent please come by and we will process the voucher immediately.
It is good to call ahead before dropping in to ensure someone is on reception at that time.
